I was like this after I had my daughter - as well as other things, but my tiredness was mainly caused by an iron deficiency. You might want to get a blood test done.

Don't take Celexa or any anti-depressant! These drugs have many side effects and are completely unnecessary.

You may very well be malnourished. If you aren't hungry, your body could very well be low in Zinc. I would start by taking a mineral supplement from the health food store. The Now brand is very affordable. I have had good results with it.

You may also be very low on your B vitamin levels...so I would recommend that you start taking a B complex vitamin. Besides a B complex capsule once a day, I also take additional levels of B-1, B12, and Folic Acid. These are all available at your health food store. Supplement your body with Vitamin D and Calcium and Magnesium. Quite a few energy problems have been fixed by increasing magnesium levels in the body.

Start eating more leafy dark green vegetables with your favorite salad dressing.

Drink filtered, reverse osmosis water.

Your body may be low on sodium levels (salt) if you aren't eating much food...and this will definitely affect your energy level.

Get out in the sunshine and fresh air and take a brisk walk. You will feel better once you get your body moving. Your body needs fresh oxygen and sunlight for Vitamin D.

If you are still having problems, I would get checked to see if you might be suffering from an underactive thyroid, hypothyroidism.

You could also be suffering from a yeast overgrowth in your digestive system. You can read www.curezone.com and a book called Prescriptions fro Nutritional Healing for additional suggestions.

you may need antidepressants people sometimes need the help of there doctor to get them back on track. if a doc thinks meds may help you out listen sometimes medication doesnt seem to help right away but after awhile you will notice a diffence in how you are feeling. Some people who have depression tend to just wanting to sleep like there is nothing else better to do.
