YOU CAN TRY A MIX OF VERY DILUTED BLEACH AND WATER. APPLY IT WITH Q-TIPS PLACE A RUBBER BAND ON THE SEAM BETWEEN THE COLORS AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE , JUST DONT OVER SATURATE THE FABRIC, DO IT VERY LITTLE AT A TIME, FIRST SPOT TEST IT THOUGH, IT MIGHT MAKE THE WHITE , MORE BRIGHT THAN THE REST OF THE DRESS, WHICH WOULD A HUGE JOB FOR YOU TO DO THIS PROCEDURE TO THE ENTIRE DRESS. JUST REMEMBER, TAKE YOUR TIME, YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE AN EXCUSE WHY YOU NEED TO BRING THE DRESS BACK ON ANOTHER DAY. IF THAT DOESNT WORK TAKE IT TO THE CLEANERS.THEY CAN HELP IF THEY ARE AFRAID OF RUINING IT, THERE IS A DRY CLEANER IN NEW YORK THAT SPECIALIZE IN RESTORING AND PRESERVING CLOTHES.

Dry cleaners, or use vinegar. Vinegar can be used in many ways to clean and remove stains from various materials and it is so cheap too.
