My question is whether my medical bills will try to be collected from my family. I am single with no children and live with my mother. I'm not going to seek treatment if so.

You really sure of that, Mark? I know I need medical attention but simply can't afford it and will deal with the repercussions. Just want to be reassured that the cost won't fall on my family. Thanks for your input.

Check with SSI (Social Security). I think they have ways of helping. If that doesn't do it email me at: mati1owl@yahoo.com and ask me to check with my sister. She had a friend who needed and got help. Maybe she can find out where her friend found that help.

I f you neeed medical treatment go get it,if your over 18 it shouldn't affect your mother ther is some programs at hospitals that go on your income and most Dr.'s will let you make payments and even if you don't pay them whaats the worst they can do send it to collections.
