If you live in Kansas, you must be18 years old to move out.

You can be emancipated at age 16 which requires BOTH parents' permission or a court order. You will have to be able to prove to a Judge that you are capable of supporting yourself, among other things.

Good luck

16, but dont move out. its good to be a dependent for awhile, save up your money, go to college, make someone of yourself. Dont let yourself turn into someone you wouldnt want to be!
