One answer is none. Suffocation simply requires the lack of oxygen. A vacuum in that room would achieve that.

In an enclosed room of 18 cubic meters, I believe that 18 cubic meters of inert gas would cause suffocation.

Calculations:
18 cubic meters = 18 cubic meters

If its an enclosed space you may not require inert gas at all to suffocate.
