I can help with the diabetes problem.
Take a look at this site.
Diabetes
All diabetics have a common fluke parasite, Eurytrema pancreaticum, the pancreatic fluke of cattle, in their own pancreas. It seems likely that we get it from cattle, repeatedly, by eating their meat or dairy products in a raw state. It is not hard to kill with a zapper but because of its infective stages in our food supply we can immediately be reinfected.
Eurytrema will not settle and multiply in our pancreas without the presence of wood alcohol (methanol). Methanol pollution pervades our food supply -- it is found in processed food including bottled water, artificial sweetener, soda pop, baby formula and powdered drinks of all kinds including health food varieties. I presume wood alcohol is used to wash equipment used in manufacturing. If your child has diabetes, use nothing out of a can, package or bottle except regular milk, and no processed foods.

You should go to the Doctor, but you should also know that your diabetes could affect your menstrual cycle in the sense that your hormones could get off track. Other than that I know of no way that the two are tied. Our bodies are so sensitive and for women it's can be more complicated. You may need to make sure you are not pregnant for sure, sometime taking the home pregnancy test(s) detect the possible Hcg, it's best to take a test through blood test. You can ask for it at your Doctor's. You could be lacking in iron.

You might have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), especially considering the fact that you are diabetic.

Another possibility could be amenorrhea, or cessation of menstruation, which is caused by the body becoming too thin from over-exercise. Amenorrhea occurs in female athletes, so if you aren't an athlete, then you probably don't have this.
I don't know how old you are, but it is possible that you could be experiencing menopause or even pre-mature menopause. Women even in their 20s sometimes experience pre-mature menopause. http://www.project-aware.org/Experience/premature.shtml
