Okay, I hate wearing pantyhose because of that whole thighs rubbing together and shredding them problem, causing rashes and pain when walking. Have any of you found a way to solve this (other than the obvious losing weight of course)??? Sometimes you just can't get out of wearing them and I need some good ideas. Thanks!!!

Bike shorts are the perfect solution.
They take the wear between the thighs and pad the rubbing/chafing.

Ok so my sister and I were in the Dominican Republic, its
hot and muggy there and we definitely didn't want to wear
more than we had to, especially pantyhose. But there was
the rubbing thigh problem, so we got some lightweight
bike shorts, not the type with the butt pad, just some stretchy
knit shorts and wore them under our dresses, not too
restricting and dealt with the irritation from thighs rubbing
together.

Quick solution: goto underwear shop, get some thigh slimming knickers, they work by slimming your thighs, and skin won't be rubbing, therefore, no pain ...!

Slightly slower option: do exercise for inner thighs only. you don't need to diet or starve, just 10mins of inner thigh exercise, after 2 weeks you should see a change :)

Slow but effective solution: yes loose the weight, it is not good for health anyway. it comes with other good points. all clothes fit, no rubbing of inner thighs while in skirt! no bingo wings!

I'm not really chubby, but my thighs are bigger and muscular. i have to wear pantyhose to work all the time! I'm a server so when I buy them I buy them alittle bigger than needed so I don't have that problem! Another thing, if you must wear them...wear a pair of spandex shorts underneath! That will definitely work!

There is a gel/lotion that turns to powder when you apply it at the drugstore, it is for chafing. I have seen it, but I don't use it because I never wear skirts or panyhose. If I do have to wear a skirt, i will wear a pair of shorts underneath so my thighs don't rub.

if i know im going to wear a skirt or dress without panty hose cause i dont like the feeling either, i try to put on a short pair of shorts or i rub baby powder on the inside of my thighs, my legs used to rub together all the time but by putting either one of these on, i worked!

Good Luck.
