Your right, it does seem that way.
When I was young the year dragged; was Christmas never going to get here, how long is it till my Birthday anyhow?
Have you noticed lately that now even the young people think time is racing by.
I do think it is just because we're busier as we get older.
Raising families, working, racing around like a lunatic, rush, rush, rush.
At least that's my excuse.

Children dont worry about time. They have more carefree lives where the only thing they worry about is playtime and homework. Adults have a lot more to juggle, work, school, kids, husband. Getting dinner done, washing this, paying bills..all the time slips away as responisbility grows. sucks doesnt it?

It's all relative to how long you've been alive. For instance when your five a year seems long because it's 1/5 of your entire life, when your 40 a year is 1/40 your life.

You have more responsibilities when you get older than younger (say when you are a child). So you have to do more in a day, which makes you feel you may have less time.
