Where it snows, they have 'snow days'....there's too much snow. I think we need 'heat days'...where if it's too hot, then it's treated as a snow day--no school. Ugh, I remember PE in the heat here in AZ...it sucked rocks! Those who have high heat/high humidity know what I'm talking about!!!! What do you think? LOL!

Hell yes, I've cooked eggs on the sidewalk! You step outside, and it's like standing infront of a bus gunning it's engine. We never had heat days when I was in grade school!

It's a dry heat here......when it's 115* and you sweat......you don't need to wipe...it evaporates too fast.
Where I live when the heat comes.....You can literally cook an egg on a rock....I tried it just to see of it's true.....it's true.

I am from Missouri, and the schools there have heat days all the time. Sometimes its not even hot out! I remember being in school, and yes, i believe that sometimes a heat day is very necessary.

In cities near the equator, we neeed really cold days.
