Yes, she left the show, and I heard it will be officially announced during the show this week. She's getting a divorce, unfortunately, so its for "personal reasons".

As far as the reports go, yes, she is leaving "Dancing With The Stars". As I can tell, she will say "all" on Tuesday night's show.
Personally, I think she should go on. Maybe in "light", it would be good for her. Dancing could be good for her... Let out the emotions that she needs to let out. Maybe Tony needs to let her dance to "Friends in Low Places" from Garth Brooks!
