i would like to enter in to finacial sector paricularly banking.but i do not have any experience in that sector.i have 2.5 years experience in teaching field.considering my age(35yrs) and my qualification(MBA (marketing) CFM(certified financial manager),can i get an opening there? Is it possible of me to change my career at my age?

Yes, you could definitely get A job in banking. However, the more important question is what kind of job do you want. Most loan officer positions are half sales and half banking. So, if you do not want a lot of customer contact, you will have to determine exactly what you want to do in banking.

If you are talking about investment backing, that would be possible, but the competition is much more intense, and you would probably not be able to advance past the manager level to become a partner.

Yes. You can make a change. However, you might expect a lateral movement in compensation or seniority.
