Quite frankly, it's PATHETIC to see Republicans on here blame all the problems occurring by YOUR administration on the previous administration. If that's the case, is it Clinton's fault THE DOW IS GOING UP?

letitcountry: If they actually took the fight to the terrorist, as you say, then why did they let bin Laden go at Tora Bora?

skegg...: I know both parties do it. If the Clinton Administration was in office right now, the question would be about them. Now the question is about bush. Get over that...

I don't believe so. They have lied to themselves, as well as the whole country, for so long they don't even know the truth any more.

Actually, Clinton had intelligence on terrorism, but couldn't go after Bin La din because the reps were "screwing" up everything with the Monica affair, something that was none of our business. It was between Bill and Hillery (yes, I know, I wish Bill had just told the truth up front and saved us all from the reps pony show and saved a lot of time and money). Clinton left Bush with extra money and intelligence info and Bush just blew it all away. Clinton is a far smarter man (human frailties and all) than Bush could ever hope to come close to being.

And, yes the democrats will be able to blame a lot on Bush and with good reason. BUT, if the demos are smart they will put all their energy into repairing the damage and just let Bush fall out of our consciousness!

In a word - no. They all pass the buck; just look at the Foley debacle. Better yet, look at that new book saying they led the Evangelicals down the primrose path. It's so much easier to blame "Fred", because "Fred" is the next scapegoat, and it removes the focus from them. Momentarily, at least. Well, in November, their buck passing will bite them back, and then we'll see what happens. They'll finally HAVE to take responsibilty - when some of them don't have jobs anymore.

You could also ask:

Can the Democratic Party take ANY responsiblity?

Politicians commonly blame everything that is bad on the other party and the previous administration. It is not just the Republicans that do this. The Democrats did it under Clinton. If the Democrats win in 2008, they will blame Bush. It's called politics. Get used to it.

I tired of typing it out to all you morons, so here: ctrl+v

Omg, I'm so SICK of having these retarded questions posted. It pisses me off more because usually the Republican-bashers tend to be the more ignorant side, but both sides need to stop. All politicians are liars. That is because most of them are lawyers. Ever seen Madea's Family Reunion? LIE-wyer!

So close-minded.

And I'm also getting fed up with all this hypocritical human rights bullshit. At the same time, Democrats preach about not having as many kids because of the environment. Then they go back and preach that cons deserve to live. Want to save space? Hang em' high!

Actually yes! It is Clinton's fault the the Dow is going up? During his adm. corporate america were cooking their books and the dot com and tech era created a false bubble, and it broke in the beginning of Bush's first term, and because of tax cuts, it is back to where it needs to be. Thanks for pointing this out!

Sure. The Republicans will take reponsibility for ANYTHING that might get them votes, whether they did it or not.

Of course, the same is true of the Democrats.

They can take the responsibility of keeping America safe from terrorism by taking the fight to the terrorists, something the liberals don't have the guts to do.

Republicans should not blame others for its misadventure in Iraq and other problems besetting the nation nowadays.
