I believe that they would generally be gentle, straight & God fearing. Well, sometimes they disappoint.

I would immediately think "Salt of the Earth!"
They may be boring, ignorant of many subjects, prudish and maybe just a little pushy when it comes to their beliefs - but they are the back bone of middle class society and ultimately, of this United States of America.

That they are kind, obedient to God, and care for others, even though they may be riduled for their beliefs. We also have high moral standards, and so we may seem "boring" to some like the young lady suggested, but there is much happiness in our lives, despite the opinions of others.
