I think mumbai city is the most happening place in the entire world. mumbai city is unique in many ways. Its has got the best night-life as compared to any other city I know. Even my brother who stays in California, in the united states tells me that all the cities in the U.S. go to sleep from 6 to 7 onwards in the evening. But mumbai is the only place where you will find that the city is wide awake and people are around at any time of the day and night. Places like juhu beach , bandra-bandstand, etc are full of life and acitvity throughout the day and night. No-where , even in India will you find such a place which is alive for the entire 24 hours. If you are feeling bored even at night and need a place to hangout you can always go to any of the beaches, discos and cafe's like coffee day which run throughout the day and night. Also, there are so many helplines like the "ask me" helpline having telephone number "28888888" that provide you information about almost anything in the city and throughout the entire 24 hours. The city has so many social welfare organisations, people's movement, non-governmental organisations, citizen's group, etc which are always around to help people in the city. We have so many multiplexes and citty shopping malls in the city for shopping and entertainment events. So many landmarks and tourist spots which are visited by hundreds of people everyday. Even the public transport system operates throughout the night like buses (bus no. 66, for example) and trains. This is what I love about this city. True, there are also many disadvantages about the city like pollution, traffic jams, etc. But we are working together to solve these problems and I am sure that we will come out with a permanent solution to them. But I still love this city and I wouldnt trade this place or its unique culture for anything else in the world.

itz a dream land to crores of people,but bcaz of lack of planning in the infrastucture of th city,n over crowdness,its lossing itz importance......
