i got a rash and its red and it has like a wite power around it and its on the side of my left ball and i trim with a eletick shaver wat could it be plz help if u need more deatials message me plz

Stop trimming the area. Just stop. You could have jock itch. Go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist about the over-the-counter remedies for this thing which just about every man gets sometime in his life. There are very effective remedies. In the meantime, keep the area as clean and as dry as possible.

Prolly a fungal infections (along the lines of jock itch) you can buy over the counter medication at your local pharmacy. If it doesn't clear up, see your physician.
