You can get them at Walmart. Theyre not too expensive.

The ramp idea is a great option... not only is it easier to build (just carpet a piece of plywood), but it's easy to remove and store under the bed if necessary. If it's wide enough, you can also use it as a dog gate if you ever need to keep the dog in the room.
Some dogs are afraid of ramps at first and you may have to add side rails. These can be made of cardboard that can be trimmed done little by little until they are gone. The dog won't even notice. I did this with my own dog and it only took about two weeks to be rail-free. Just takes some patience and a little coaxing.
An even better idea though, would be to keep the dog off your bed.
Good luck!

It she a puppy don't worry because if she is she will grow. But if she is a little dog and you want her in your just buy doggie steps, they have them in the stores.
I have two dogs, one is 3 almost 4 years old he never gets in my bed, and I have a puppy, now 8 months and when he was little my daughter put him in my bed as a joke because she knows I don't like dogs on my bed, and now she squirms and squirms until she gets up. I push her away and she goes on her way. In the morning I wake up and there she is, in my bed. So don't try to hard because she will learn on her own. Also make sure that you don't have any allergies, because when you are sleeping you are inhaling dog hairs. That is not good for anyone. ok?

You may try a stuffed shoe box or a hat box. You may also buy some doggie steps at your local pet store or you may also find them on the internet.

You might try thick layers of FIRM foam rubber, each one a few inches shorter than the last, on top of each other; they can be easily connected to each other with wood dowels or similar items. You can cover them with fabric to make them look nicer if you wish. You should be able to get foam rubber at a fabric store. There are also pet stairs available online.
