Soup for dinner all week, go to bed hungry. It's not the healthiest thing to do, but it works.

The best diet is a low carb diet. Just avoid carbs, like fruits and bread. Don't eat processed foods that came in a package or can. Replace all your drinks with water. Make all your meals veggie and protein based. Have protein like eggs, chicken, fish, or beef. As for exercise, cardio is the best. Just running on the treadmill 30 minutes each day, 5 times a week will make such a difference. If you don't want to run, then walk for an hour. You could even walk around the mall. If you want to do even more exercise like you said, good for you! Good luck! I believe in you! Hope I helped :)

Cut out carbs, start running or walking, drink water. East high protein so you won't crave sweets. There are high protein drink that taste good. Go to a health food store and ask what is the best. If you keep your blood sugar up, you won't crave food so much. They have protein powder that is carb free and taste good with juice or something.

Lots of vegetables. Some fruit and lean protein. Six glasses of water per day. Exercise. Limit salt intake to reduce water retention.
