I live in LA, and I am looking for some cheap 'bling' (rope chains, spinner watches, pinkie rings, two-finger rings, etc) for my Halloween costume. I'm going as Ali G. Booyakasha! Respek!

find a hardware shop that sells chain in all sizes . they wiill hae brass chain and shiny stuff
you buy it by the metre
it is very cheap and the brass chain is terrific and not too heavy
you might have to try a few shops but you will be surprised.

www.wholesalecentral.com

You'll need to weed through the stores to see which ones don't require a minimum order but there are some on there. Use the search engine and just type in bling....

Target, Walmart are probably the best when it comes to chopping in town.

If you are looking online, and you'll probably get a wider choice range, check this out: http://www.costumzee.com/tag/bling+bling/
