Well, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr gave hundreds of speeches. First of all you need to determine which speech is being referenced.
Here are a few of his most popular speeches"

Letter from Birmingham Alabama Jail
I've Been to The Mountain Top
The Nobel Peace Prize Acceptance Speech
The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom
Beyond Vietman

If you are referring to his " I have a dream " speech, it was at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. That is probably his most famous speech. As the other answers state, and if this isn't the one you want, which speech are you referring to?

Which one? His "I Have a Dream" speech? If that's the one you're asking about, he gave that in Washington, DC.
