How can i find Bernard Kelly, a soldier who came to the Philippines to serve in WW2?

He has a daugher named Erlinda Kelly who is now in her 60's whom he has never seen his whole life. Please help me find Mr Kelly. I have no specific information but a military who came to the Philippines during WW2
