It's called human decency. If someone has to go really bad there's no reason why you should turn them down. If someone needs to use a restroom, and you have one, what's the harm in letting them use it? Besides, even if he isn't a customer he could still be a potential customer in the future and turning him away may cause him to decide not to want to conduct business with you.

That would be just mean, what if theres a small child that really needs to go, what are you going to say after you buy some soda?Or if they have a emergency[ like the runs] you going to let them poop themselves? I would never want to go inside your restraurant, it's going to make you look bad.

You don't have to but I think it would be nice to allow some people to use your restroom. I am pregnant and if i really had to go to potty I would be expecting for you to allow me to. Just thinking you are generous.

NO! You have the right to refuse bathroom service, ESPECIALLY to non-customers. Put up a sign that says "Reserved for (Restaurant's name) customers".

actually you don't. it is your private property therefor you have the right to not let non- customers use your restroom. so you can refuse them.
