quite often if you live in a large city there are technicians that repair almost any electronics. try and locate a place like that and they will most likely fix it for you.

Unless you want to void all (current & future) warranties, suck it up & use the Microsoft Authorized Repair Centers.
If you contact Microsoft about your problems, they may be willing to waive all fees EXCEPT for the shipping to their center. Please be aware that if your 360's warranty has expired OR if the problem was caused by you, you'll most likely be charged the full price for the repair... so be truthful when talking to their Consumer Service line.

You shouldn't of bought a 360 in the first place. As you have learned, they are a piece of crap...it is a microsoft product ya know?

the conventional fix procedure is 14-21 days from the time you deliver it to the time they deliver it back. this could replace according to what develop into incorrect with the device. desire this helps.
