I hope so. Perhaps the sorry performance against San Diego was a wake up call for our guys. If anyone can get the team back on track, it's Bill Cowher, the best coach in the NFL.. Go Steelers!

I watched the game with my girlfriend who is a huge steelers fan. I thought Ben looked good and the D played great. It definitely gives them confidence they haven't had in a while. My girlfriend is hurting because they have played piss poor, but this is definitely a stepping stone into Atlanta next week. She felt a lot better after this one. They dominated this game, not a squeaker, but total domination. The offensive line played better than it had since the superbowl, and Ben played with confidence. She was mad about Troy Polumanu getting ripped down by his hair, but I explained to her that is not a penalty. That is totally legal. I guess it was "taunting", not ripping a player's hair out that got the penalty. She was mad that he should have long hair and you should leave it alone...blah blah blah. I am a Packer fan forced to watch the Steelers because I am in love a Steelers fan. I gotta say, the Steelers play a near perfect game and it was great to watch. Big play after big play was what the steelers offense needed. Good luck you guys, and I hope to see the Packers Vs Steelers in the superbowl...even though my gf and I might break up if that happens.

I think we are back on track after tonight's game. Grant you we did go against Chief's but the way we played tonight was awesome. 31-0 in the first half. Id say that we did great. it's the start of a great season. we may have had a few bad games before tonight but we made our come back. and future games will be just as good in my opinion. So no more talking bad about my team. referring to all the people who do.

GO STEELERS!!!!!!

I'd say give it about 3 more weeks before we can tell. KC doesnt have a good defense and they are not a good football team in any aspect. They have Atlanta, Oakland, and then Denver in the next 3 weeks. Atlanta is avg. Oakland suck and Denver is pretty tough...if they can put Atlanta and Oakland away easily and then get one from Denver then id say yes...

The penalty for pulling Polamalu's hair was BS...there is a ruling saying that the hair is fair game if its that long...but they said that Larry Johnson got a penalty for unnecessary roughness which was bs...

Yeah; I had to laugh at the way someone took down Troy Palumalou (pardon the spelling) after he intercepted the ball (some dude pulled on his hair resulting in a penalty).

Yes, I even think they'll make it to the Super Bowl again, this time against the Bears or Giants...

They looked awfully good out there today. Maybe this is exactly what the doctor ordered.
