i brought Horleys weight gainer,but i dont know when to take my drink..is it during lunch? or during workout? or after lunch ? or after workout?
experts help plssss...

Depends on how much weight you are trying to gain. If you are only having one serving, take it 30mins to an hour after your workout. You can also take it inbetween meals, or about an hour before your workout. It just really depends on how many extra calories you are trying to consume and how much you're trying to gain.

take both 45 mins before and after workouts.
