Just tell me what are the settings for your 15 inch CRT monitor, for example what how much is your h-size, v-size, trapezoid etc. etc. I just want to know your settings to fix my prob..I will give best answer to the person who help me first..It's urgent members..plzz!

It wouldn't make any difference. You should have a menu mode to do that. Just follow the steps for H/V size, centering, and straightening the sides. My 15" Daewoo is several years old and you would have a CRT from a totally different OEM.

Your settings might be different. All monitors are different so would need different settings. Try experimenting with the different menu items, most likely the trapezoid adjustment will do the trick for you. There should also be a pincusion adjustment which will bulge or unbulge the sides. Just mess around with the settings and see what happens. What have you got to lose?
If this does not work, try using a circular saw to cut down the shape of the monitor to match the picture.
