I just want some recommendations of his books (I've already read "The Shining")

All of Kings books are very good. Here are some of my favorites. Pet cemetery, christine, cujo, It, thinner, carrie, and the green mile. Theres alot more and he also has some very good ones write as Richard Bachman.

Pet Sematary and Thinner (under the pseudonym Richard Bachman) are really chilling. And Christine is a classic. Firestarter, too.

All of them!! "The Stand" (unabridged) is my all-time favorite, but I've enjoyed most of his other books. I am not terrible fond of some of his more recent - starting with "The Thin Man" - but the earlier ones, including his short story collections can scare you silly.

I read all of his earlier books up to Pet Semetary (I bought it but never read it). All were excellent. The Green Mile was also great.

Try the "Bachman Books". They're really twisted, the way horror is supposed to be.

I liked the Stand and also the Tommy knockers was a good book.

IT was good. The Stand was awesome. pretty much everything he writes is good except for that girl who loved the baseball player. i've read it and its awful. not his best work by far. mostly, though, with him, you just can't go wrong.
