why chinese products are so cheap as compared to european or other far east nations products is it due to cheap labour or their are other factors also

Chinese products are SO cheap because of the mass production. That's what China is known for; rice, and products, pretty much. Look at 3/4 of your household items. I bet you, that most of them say "Made in China."
The reason the labour is so cheap, is because there are MILLIONS of people in China, and they all need to do something to get a paycheck. And they don't care, as long as they get something. So the employers are like, "might as well may 'em as low as possible."
European products on the other hand are sought out to be extremely long lasting and EXTREMELY durable and work amazing. Take German cars and houses for instance.
My father had a German car (I forget which kind it was) but it lasted him around 20 years! The labour & work is terriffic in Europe (think about all of the European Collusiums, etc.) They've been standing for thousands of years. But it's hard to come by.

Forced, slave labor. When people are made to work for $1 a day, you can see how things can be produced so cheaply.
