apparently there are studies that show if you are in school, your brain needs to sleep that night to really process and integrate the information.

Many studies have been done to suggest it can hinder ability to concentrate and absorb information, memory, stress levels may rise more easily triggering hormonal changes which over time can cause heart problems, etc., so yes, it can. Most adults need between 6-8 hrs. and don't get it because it takes the average person at least 20-25 minutes to go to sleep once they go to bed and sleep apnea results in all kinds of other medical symptoms besides lack of sleep. If you can't sleep, and have aching muscles, restlessness and fatigue, get checked for sleep apnea, or turn in earlier after taking 30 minutes doing something that relaxes you before going to bed

Heck yes it does! I felt horrible in school but then I actually started doing my hw on time and I feel great.
Sleep is the sh!t!
Your mind and body need the right amount of energy before they can perform at their peak! I need a good solid 7 hours before I can think at my best

Definately. When I don't get enough sleep I turn into a total retard. The same thing happens if I don't eat enough-- I can't think straight or remember anything.

shifting to a diverse place and buying a clean existence-sort can help you ignore the soreness yet those concepts heavily isn't erased. soreness will in basic terms bypass away. All you're able to do is learn from the undesirable concepts in the previous.
