wow i can relate. i wish there was one thing that would get her to stop, but theres no one thing.
the thing that seems to work best is to have your husband say in front of her, with you there, that he wants nothing to do with her because he has a life with you now that doesn't include her and that he loves you. then, BOTH of you, u and your husband, should completely ignore her and stop giving her the satistfaction of reacting to her when she tries to upset you.
eventually (i hope) she will get the hint
i know its a hard situation to live with but i hope my advice will help you.

restraining order!!!!
I had a friend whose current wife made him drop out of college because he was hanging out with us!! u know how??? by chasing him through TWO doors with a sledge hammer! he's lucky she didn't kill him...
point im trying to make is that crazy ppl can do some SERIOUSLY messed up things ... for ur and ur hubby's safety, get a restraining order! ... if anything, start a record on ms. loony that way, if something happens in the future, then she'll get a more severe penalty!

Why isn't your husband telling her to bug-off? He needs to be the one to do that. Somehow she is getting the message he is still available even though he has married you. If he is calling her or encouraging her you need to give him an ultimatum: "her or me"
What you can do is hang up on her and warn her that you will take out a restraining order if she continues-then go do it (order of protection)
