i have never heard of groups, but yes we can control it if our muscles are strong. we all do it though.

I don't really consider it a "skill" per se. I would say it's more of just a random event. If a woman's body is positioned just right, air is sucked into the vaginal cavity and then the woman can expel it quickly, which makes that vulgar sound. I don't really know the percentage, but would be willing to say that almost 100% of women are capable of doing it.
