They have to hold it. Did you see the race where Kurt Bush won the title and he made the cameras hold on until he ran to the bathroom? It was sooo funny.

I've heard that a number of them use the bathroom in their firesuits (the uniforms that they wear). Most of them however sweat so much during the race that they don't have to go. All of them use the bathroom before the race, but a lot of them will hold it until the race is over and once they are out of their cars...run to the bathroom.

Ask Tony Stewart?? He had a bad experience a few years ago. He didn' feel well and was planning on putting someone else in the car to finish race. To Late he yelled and won that race put never made it to victory lane. And it was pee as all think!!!!!

I'v also wondered the same thing, they must hold it? Huh?
How about this thought? What happens if they have like a truly bad case of sudden diarrhea? And we all know this happens to the very best of us. Right? And we all know this has had to have happened to some unfortunate Driver at some time or another. Right?

Actually, in an interview Dale Jr. admitted to wetting his pants. He said if they really have to go, they go. I know some drivers have a little plastic contraption they wear with a bottle at the end. But, for the most part, they just go......

They only go in an emergency which is rare, they are usually too dehydrated by the end of the run!

Most will piss in a cup. others will piss on themselves, and pour water on themselves before getting out of the car after the race to cover up what the wetness if from. And some will hold it.

one time Tony Stewart had to pee and he just went in the car, he did not expect to win, but he did. So instead of holdiong the trophy up over his head, he held it in front of him so that no one could see that he peed his pants.

i heard that they sweat so much that they dont have to go, in fact usually for the summer races they have to take i.v's the night before the race.
