No, but if you smoke and then quit, you will gain lots of weight because you need to replace the cigarette with something...it's usually food.
Smoking will in the long run reduce energy levels, which will reduce your ability to keep you metabolism up...slow metabolism = higher chances of being fat

it can yes by lowering your appetite but is it really worth all the cancer and diseases you can get. plus once you do relize smoking is bad for you and the people around you. you can gain all the weight you lost back plus 20 more. i would say try pilates or just some general excersise. dance classes are great plus it will help with the ladies. lol

no. smoking is bad esp. for our lungs. your teeth will turn yellowish bec. of tartar. if you want to lose weight try to lessen the amount of food you are eating. dont drink too much cold water. exercise everyday.

They say that since smoking will dull your senses of smell and taste food will be less appealing and you will eat less. However, it is not something to do regardless.

it does in a sense. it supresses hunger thus making you eat less. would i recommend it as a form of weight loss ....no. try ome old fashioned excercise and diet. good luck
