Give and take. That is part of what college room-mates do. They take and take and take. Do stuff with your room mate. Be friends. Don't stay so poor regarding food. Then when you have an abundance you can share with your room mate.

Roommates should be friends. A friend in need always deserves a good meal. One of the constants in all cultures, even between enemies, is to provide food to guests. It is absolutely ok to ask your roommate for some food if they have plenty, you're not a chronic mooch, and you will return the consideration in a timely manner. You have Ramen so you shouldn't ask for entree food, you should ask for some fruits and vegetables. If you can get by on Ramen until your ship comes in, then you shouldn't ask for food or money from a friend. A good friend, raised properly, will recognize a need and offer without being asked. Good luck. You could call Mom and Dad, couldn't you? Manage your money better next time.

You should've signed up for a meal plan in the cafeteria...at least it offers something a lil healthier than ramen......if you plan on paying your roomate back for the food though it should be ok

It is never wrong to ask. But don't make a habit of it, don't be annoying about it, and drop it if they say "No". Be sure to offer your own supplies when you have them and you will increase the odds that your roomie will be generous later. Good luck.

properly, you comprehend what, daddy? I had Jack Daniel's for breakfast, Johnnie Walker for lunch and Jameson for dinner. In between each of my nutrition, I had snacks made up of untamed Turkey.

Snacks yes, ordering pizza, no.
Never take the last cookie or finish the chips.
And make sure you payback. Get your parents to send you a care package!

It's okay occasionally, but you need to let him take your food now and then too. Talk with him and ask him before taking food.

Is it wrong to ask? No. If she says no, then drop it.
