I like this board really well except for assholes who get on and say dirty things or don't take peoples questions seriously enough and no i don't mean the dumb ones..But, i average when I'm home not ever day but usually about six hours maybe about three or four tI'mes a week. I think yahoo made a great move when they did this. I have only one eye with vision anyway so think of problems i have ..and still manage to stay on...now you know im a addict!

It's an addiction. We are going to have to start a program for all the addicts soon! I can waste a whole day sometimes, and yes, go to bed with a headache and eye strain.

No. The only time I get eye strain is when I've been online too long.

Take a break every 45 mins away from the computer, get up & walk off.

I get it everytime I go on the computer in the afternoon, when the sun is beating down on everything. I wish there was a remedy or something-- good luck!

I get it after a few hours. Take a break when your eyes start to hurt.

Does the fact that I had to put my face two inches from the monitor to read your question count as a yes?

reading glasses might help, also, click and drag over the words, it will make for a higher contrast which makes it easier to read the text.

hope that helps!
