my cusor has a hind of its own.?

I have laptop with a built in touchpad mouse.The cursor has as been difficult to control and doesnt move where i want it to at times .Im finding it so frustrating I want to throwit out the window.HELP!!!!

Go to CONTROL PANEL and click on MOUSE and you should be able to set it the way it needs to be there. Mine jumped around everywhere until I change the settings for it... good luck to ya! :-)
