(3) rational numbers: 4/3, 1/16,
(4) irrational numbers: %
sorry, but I have no idea what your "checkmark 4" means? Is it square root of 4?

NATURAL NUMBERS: 10, checkmark4 (I take this to mean sqrt(4), the square root of 4)
INTEGERS: 10, checkmark4 (which is 2, by the way)
RATIONAL NUMBERS: 10, 4.5, 4/3, checkmark4, -3.16 (with a bar, not a slash, over the 16 (i.e. repeating decimal))
IRRATIONAL NUMBER: pi symbol (not pie!)

I think "checkmark4" means sqrt(4)!
So, "checkmark4" is an integer.
Poor asker is gonna be in trouble come test time!
