Sylvie can be found at Sylvane Lake. The lake can be reached by clicking on the Downtown button on the left hand bar and then clicking the Sylvane Lake billboard or by using this link http://www.millsberry.com/sylvane_lake/

If you are looking to capture Sylvie's picture for the karate task there are some additional hints I can give you:

1. Before you try to capture sylvie make sure you have a camera from the Home Electronics Superstore (or from a Yard Sale). You can use the digital or the point and shoot camera but not the video camera. Do not put the camera in your house - leave it in your queue.

2. To spot sylvie the things I can tell you are these:
a. She is out for 1 hour daily between 7am and 12pm EST.
b. She's out again 5 hours after the initial appearance (between 12pm and 5pm).
c. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
d. When she's out she's always out for an entire hour and it always starts on the 00. So she's not out from 8:11 EST to 9:11 EST, it's always 8:00 EST to 9:00 EST (for example)
