Stress and high blood pressure sometimes go hand in hand and will cause you to have neck pains as well as headache, pressure behind your eyes and tiredness. If you continually have these problems you should talk with a physician. There are medicines to help.

it causes pain in the back of the neck for me, but only when my blood pressure is high.
