how come some songs don't upload to my slvr?

some songs do upload but others are on the upload list but they dont go on the phone?

Since the slvr uses itunes, maybe the songs your trying to upload was used by another online retailer whose music isn't compatible with itunes software.

Maybe they are copyright protected. When you rip the music, make sure the copyright function is turned off. Otherwsie, some phones, like Sony, won't let you upload.
