How does she do this...!!!?

Question

I always like how New York on Flav of Love has her lipstick.
I think it really fits her face and her full lips. How can I learn to do lipstick like hers!?
I really think she is pretty however, that skin and those asian eyes with those lips together gives her a really unique, ethnic look.
but her attitude stank!!!

line your lips with a dark brown eyeliner and use a light shimmer brown or bronze/gold tone color lip stick ( wet n wild has the perfect shade ) apply a powder to lips before lipstick so it will hold longer on your lips, then blot and apply again -

for her eyes - she uses blue shadow - do the lighter blue to your brow bone and then the darker ( but not real dark ) blue on lids only, line eyes with charcoal pencil pull at skin ( temple area ) away from eyes to make eyes slanted and apply a thin line of eyeliner along top lash line and let it extend a very little bit past corner of eye and trace back to lower lash line just a very little bit - when you release your skin ( temple area ) the line you made will appear a little thicker but will give you a more slanted/asian/cat eye look -

first, she wears too much of everything make-up wise. it looks so caked on. yes, she is very beautiful. i would rather see her a little more natural.
