What do you think about Dylan Thomas' poem "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night."?

I think it's an absolutely beautiful work. I love the idea that Thomas tells his readers to live life as fully as you can until the end comes. We should never just give up on life and wait to die.Life is too precious to waste a minute.

I think it's beautiful. I particularly enjoy Dylan's use of language and style. It's extremely difficult to write a Villanelle, but Thomas does it with such ease. Love it.

I understand that it was written after his father's death. The event had such an impact on him that he wrote this amazing work. I've actually heard a recording of him reading the poem. It was inspiring and somewhat chilling at the same time. His tone was (understandably) morose.

Its great Even Bob Dylan was influenced and thats who he took
his name from I love to see that there are people still interested
in such poets

It's probably one of the best modern examples of the villanelle format. It's a pretty good poem too.
