Once when driving from Los Angeles to St. Louis, I made many stops along the way to enjoy views, cultures, dialects, etc. When I reached the state of Kansas, everything changed! The highway was flat, the scenery was flat, and nothing but country music stations on the radio. I drove as fast as I could through the entire state, knowing my sheer boredom could have me asleep at the wheel in no time, thus endangering my life and the lives of others!

12 hours with bathroom and gas breaks.
No breaks at all -- probably about 6 hours.
When I was a kid we would drive into Canada and my dad would not stop at all! 8 hours. Not so bad bc he woke us up and started to drive at 6 am so we slept for another few hours.

31 Hours. I started to see pterodactyls and my husband kept seeing bears falling out of trees. We will never do that again.
