The fabric was designed by Jim Shore. It was featured in a pattern in a recent issue of a quilting magazine, but they don't have a list of retail outlets that sell the fabric. I believe it is an all over print with partridges, french hens, lords, ladies, etc. Unfortunately, the magazine didn't even identify the manufacturer.

There's a panel available on eBay (probably more, but this is the first one I came across). The manufacturer is Red Rooster Fabrics. I don't know if this is the magazine you saw it in, but it's used in a project in The Quilter's seasonal magazine, Quilting for Christmas. They state the manufacturer, but that's it. I couldn't find a website for Red Rooster Fabrics (a lot of the manufacturers will have a way to search for stores that carry their fabrics). I did find several online stores that carried it. Google "Red Rooster Fabrics" "Twelve Days" (be sure to use the quotation marks for more accurate links). One of the stores is in the last link.

I believe I have seen it at Hobby Lobby and at Hancock Fabrics. I don't know if you have either of these near you, but I think I have seen it at both places.
