Yes that is really the title of the song and it was from 1960 I think by Brian Hyland. Sadly I am old enough to remember this.

It IS called Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini (better than Several Species of Small Furry Animals Grooving With a Pict, anyway)
I'm not sure of the band.

The polka dots are yellow; otherwise, the title would be "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow ... with Purple Polka Dots Bikini." The background color is really inconsequential, don't you think.
