Can you and if so, how can you set up a winXP computer as a web server?

Pretty much self explanitory.

Windows XP is an industrial Operating System, however it is not a Server Operating System. To have a Windows XP as a Web Server you have to install your Computer with Windows XP Server Operating System.

u need i think have the pro version of windows xp and then u would use the IIS
