When you say the whole time, do you mean the whole time in the relationship? The best thing I can say is try and go off the hints the girl is giving you. Yes, I know hints can be taken the wrong way or hard to pick up on etc. What my bf did was he would make a move and it was wrong, I'd let him know. The only thing I can tell you is trial and error. If the girl really likes you, she'll be willing to tell you ' you know that was a little fast' or 'that was a good speed' type of thing. Going slow the whole time can be good, it means that you want to really get to know the girl and are interested in her for more than just sex. You can build a good connection there, but don't take it too slow, some girls may not like that. It just depends on the girl.
