I'm non-resident of USA and trying to buy an air ticket. If i'm not an American resident, I couldn't buy electronic ticket? Also travel protection will not be applied if I'm not resident of U.S.A.? Please let me know. I tried to buy ticket and cancelled it now cause I'm confusing.. Please let me know.

I have purchase ticket for friend that are not American
the problem is your credit card
because when you put the card address you need to choose what country
And also what airline are you using

Your immigration status should have no effect on your ability to buy an air ticket online.
