The question makes no sense, you may need to clarify it some.

If they didn't catch you and get some sort of evidence while you were still drunk, you're off the hook. In that sense, the limit is about 12 hours, depending on how drunk you were at the time.

If they've charged you, they generally have a year to bring you to trial, but that's not counting any delay caused by you, such as if you fled the state.
