Brooke! Hands down, Brooke! Okay, okay, i love Sophia Bush. She's my favorite actress.
But not only because of that. Peyton is, as i quote Brooke "a two-faced backstabbing *********." She had the chance to be with Lucas but let that chance go and now he's in love with Brooke. Peyton has backstabbed Brooke once already, and she was about to make to twice. I don't really call that a best friend. I mean, Brooke was nice enough to forgive Peyton the first time when she found out that Peyton and Lucas has thing affair thing behind her back. So, Peyton should've learned a lesson from that.

Peyton is a sweetheart while Brooke can be b1tchy sometimes! well, both are attractive but i love Brooke more! well, can't blame guys for loving bad gurls! Peyton makes a great friend but Brooke makes a great partner!
Sophia Bush is a true hottie!

Peyton's personality is better, but Brooke is way prettier. Really I like Hailey the best!

Well, I haven't really seen much of OTH, but from what I have seen so far, I would say that I like Peyton more.
She's very artistic and creative, and seems like a good person and a great friend.
Brooke can seem a bit rude at times. She's ok, but at some parts, she can be really annoying.
So ya, I like Peyton better.
