Takes me about 5 minutes or so. Each guy's gonna be different. There's no rule about shaving times.
And by the way, you partner is not your "other half". Either you're a whole person or you're not.

For a blade, that's about right. Electric would be 3-4 minutes, unless he uses the pre-shave, which then has to be washed off.
